Meet the Family
Dee Long
Founder
Dee founded Long’s Air Service in 2005. He loved learning about HVAC systems and started his own company because he wanted to provide honest and professional services.
Dee and his wife Diana like to travel, camp and hunt together in their spare time. They love spending time with their family. They have five children, including Brandon and Colton below, and over 15 grandchildren.
Brandon Long
HVAC Technician
Brandon started working for Long’s Air Service from when it was founded. He has an associate’s degree in HVAC services and commercial refrigeration from Utah Valley University.
With his family, Brandon likes to do anything outdoors. This includes hiking, canoeing, camping, boating, hunting, fishing and more.
Colton Long
HVAC Technician
Colton has been working for Long’s Air Service since 2015. He learned the trade by apprenticing under Dee and Brandon Long.
In his spare time, Colton enjoys woodworking, hunting and fishing. He also loves to spend times with his family, who enjoy riding four-wheelers, watching movies and playing games.

How do I know I need to change my HVAC system filter?
We recommend you change your filter every three months. You can tell when it needs to be changed because the air conditioner will start to freeze up and the air flow won’t be as strong. Changing the filter will also keep your equipment clean, so if it’s dirty, it likely needs to be changed.
My furnace isn’t working, what do I do?
First, we recommend changing out your batteries in your thermostat. If the furnace still isn’t working, change out your filter. After that, if your furnace still doesn’t work, give us a call, and we will gladly assist you.
What are your working hours?
We are available 24/7. However, after 5 p.m. MDT, we charge overtime or time and a half of our regular rate.
What is the range of your services?
We are willing to drive anywhere in Utah for both residential and commercial HVAC services. We are also available for HVAC services in Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming and other nearby states.
Do you do change-outs or replace new HVAC systems?
Yes! We will gladly replace your HVAC system for you. We can also put in an HVAC system for a new residential home or commercial business.
